TheDataWeb offers Help Desk services Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm EST on a toll free number: 866-437-0171.

TheDataWeb staff also gives periodic training classes and can be contacted for further information. Please call TheDataWeb Help Desk.

If you have encountered any problems with TheDataWeb or once you are in the DataFerrett please locate the help button or menu and fill out the form that comes up. You also may have an idea for a feature that would be beneficial or one that we have that may not be working. We appreciate your time and interest.

DataFerrett and TheDataWeb have an Error Log that can be utilized. For using the DataFerrett go the DataFerrett Users' Guide for details on the functions of the DataFerrett.
